Exchange and Return Policy

1. Introduction

At Tech Complex , we don't just sell products. We believe that the customer experience begins from the moment of purchase and ends only with complete satisfaction .

We operate under a regulated and transparent system that guarantees that every riyal you pay is protected by a written guarantee and clear rights, unlike random markets that rely on unreliable promises.

2. Return and exchange period

  • The customer has the right to return or exchange the order within 7 days of receiving the order for any acceptable reason.
  • After 7 days from the customer receiving the order , the transaction is limited to the warranty policy (3 years) .


3. Conditions for accepting returns or exchanges

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, uninstalled).
  • The product must be complete with its original packaging, carton, all accessories and manuals.
  • The customer must provide the invoice or order number as proof of purchase.


4. Cases in which immediate return/exchange is permitted (at the store’s expense)

  • If the product arrived defective from the factory.
  • If the product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • If the product received does not match what is stated on the invoice or description on the website.
  • If the product is missing (accessories or parts).


In these cases:

  • Tak Complex is committed to sending the shipping company directly to the customer's address to receive the product free of charge.
  • The customer does not bear any costs or inconvenience in the return process.
  • After receiving the product and verifying the condition, the amount will be refunded or a replacement product will be sent within only 3 working days .


5. Cases not covered by the return

  • Products that have been used or installed in the vehicle.
  • Products damaged due to misuse (burning, breakage, improper installation, moisture).
  • Discounted products are part of “final clearance” offers (clearly stated before purchase).
  • Products customized to the customer's special request.


6. Steps for the return/exchange process

  1. The customer communicates with customer service (WhatsApp - Phone - Email).
  2. The customer attaches the order number and a picture of the product (in case of defect/damage).
  3. The store will issue a return order number (RMA) to track the status.
  4. A shipping company is sent to pick up the product from the customer's address (free of charge if the error is from the store, or at the customer's expense in other return cases).
  5. Within 3 business days of receiving the product:
  • The amount will be returned to the customer using the same payment method.
  • Or send a new replacement product according to the customer's choice.


7. Reliability and transparency

  • Any claim will be responded to within 24 business hours maximum.
  • We are committed to issuing an official electronic invoice for any new exchange/return transaction.
  • There is an order/warranty status check portal on the website (to view the status of your return or exchange).
  • In the event of a delay or negligence, the customer has the right to escalate the complaint directly to senior management via email [email protected]



8. Customer satisfaction guarantee

  • Our goal is to make the customer 100% confident.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the solution (repair – replacement – return), he is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
