At Tech Complex, we strive to provide a convenient and fast delivery experience for all our customers in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Saudi Arabia - Qatar - Kuwait - Oman - Bahrain). Below we explain the details of our approved shipping and delivery policy:
First: Delivery areas
We offer delivery services to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (United Arab Emirates - Qatar - Kuwait - Oman - Bahrain) through our authorized delivery partner , Aramex , to ensure speed and efficiency of service.
Second: Delivery time
- Saudi Arabia: 1 to 2 business days
- GCC countries (United Arab Emirates - Qatar - Kuwait - Oman - Bahrain): 3 to 9 working days
Official holidays and high-pressure seasons are excluded from the period.
Third: Shipping fees
- Shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: starts from 25 riyals
- GCC countries ( United Arab Emirates - Qatar - Kuwait - Oman - Bahrain): Determined according to the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Fees are calculated accurately upon order completion based on address and weight.
Fourth: Delivery and payment method
- Cash on delivery:
- Available only within Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates . Additional fees may apply depending on the shipping company.
- Contact before delivery:
- An Aramex representative will contact the customer to confirm the time and location before delivery.
Fifth: Track the shipment
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or text message, and you can track your shipment status directly on the Aramex website.
Sixth: Important notes
- Please make sure to write the address and mobile number correctly to avoid any delays.
- If delivery is not possible due to an address error or lack of response, delivery will be rescheduled only once.
- If you wish to change the address after completing the order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or through the Contact Us page.
